Fleet vocabulary architecture · decision draft

One core. Explicit extensions.

A contract for what the fleet means—not another list of repos and domains. wtf-core owns stable classes and relations; the shared sys: catalog names reusable systems; child schemes own their actual accounts, properties, stores, and private integrations.

Core contract v0.4Finance enums · live-schema-backedUpdated 4 Oct 2026

The decision

Adopt the contract, not a second database.

One parent edge, three legal extension modes, one resolver, and no override semantics.

01 · KEEP

Core + profiles

systems, finance, fwm, tpr, ac, eoe, sbc, and client-boards extend wtf-core; rep extends client-boards.

02 · CORRECT

Separate the layers

Classes use subclassing, concepts use SKOS relations, and organizations, people, boards, and cards remain instances.

03 · PROTECT

REP stays authoritative

The live database/API owns operational terms. A fleet registry declares lineage and constraints; it never hand-copies REP.

Extension map

Orbit means inheritance distance.

It does not imply legal hierarchy, ownership, trust, or infrastructure. Arrows point from child profile to parent contract.

coreproposed/abstractlive evidence

REP proves the board mechanism in production; finance-mgmt proves the account, ledger, payment, and payroll model; ac and eoe supply profile evidence; fleet repositories establish the systems catalog. The cross-fleet extends declarations remain the architecture proposed here.

Resolved site vocabularies

Versioned manifests now resolve core, guides and local site terms with provenance. This validates vocabulary inheritance, not operational entity records.

Shared guides, Medical Tourism and Shortdrama · Core, editorial charter, portfolio ICP archetypes, Compounding CEO, Flywheel Motion, SBC and loops · Portfolio site taxonomy chart

wtf-core

Three layers, three jobs.

The earlier draft mixed ontology, controlled vocabulary, and factual records. The core connects them without conflating them.

MODEL

Classes + properties

What kind of thing is this? Classes narrow with rdfs:subClassOf; instances use rdf:type.

VOCABULARY

Concept schemes

Which controlled term applies? Concepts use skos:inScheme, hierarchy, and cross-scheme mappings.

DATA

Instances + assignments

Flywheel, a person, a client board, and a card consume the model. They do not become classes by being important.

Correction: an Engagement is not an Organization, and a board is not an engagement. A board is a digital surface for an engagement; that belongs in cb:boardFor, not the class tree.

Normative inheritance rule

A child gets exactly three choices.

Private means locally scoped, not confidential. There is no fourth mode called override, redefine, or shadow.

Reuse

Same ID, same meaning

Reference the ancestor term. Do not copy its definition or mint a synonym.

Narrow

New ID, stricter meaning

Use rdfs:subClassOf for classes, skos:broadMatch across concept schemes, and skos:broader within one scheme.

Add private

New ID, local meaning

Mint in the child namespace with no ancestor mapping. It is available only in that child's effective vocabulary.

effective(S) = effective(parent(S)) ∪ local(S)  ·  parent graph MUST be acyclic

Why skos:broadMatch? SKOS provides mapping properties for alignment between schemes. Using skos:broader everywhere hides the boundary this model is meant to expose.

Canonical relation registry

Small, typed, and boring.

Governance, model, domain, and board relations are separate. Domain and range are enforceable guardrails.

PredicateDomain → rangeContract
Scheme governance + concept mapping
fw:extendsSchemeConceptScheme → ConceptSchemeCustom direct-parent edge. The resolver computes ancestry.
skos:inSchemeConcept → ConceptSchemeDeclares the concept's home. Reuse does not change it.
skos:broader / narrowerConcept ↔ ConceptHierarchy inside one scheme.
skos:broadMatch / narrowMatchConcept ↔ ConceptHierarchical mapping across schemes.
skos:exactMatchConcept ↔ ConceptEquivalent meaning under distinct IDs. Do not use instead of reuse.
Classes + instances
rdf:typeResource → ClassInstance-of; replaces the custom isA.
rdfs:subClassOfClass → ClassClass specialization; never substitute skos:broader.
Core domain relations
fw:memberOf / hasMemberPerson ↔ OrganizationGeneral membership; narrow locally for employment if needed.
fw:coFounderOf / hasCoFounderPerson ↔ OrganizationConnects a founder to the organization, not vaguely to another person.
fw:authorOf / hasAuthorPerson ↔ BookConnects an author to the book, not to an article or a site.

fin:usesRailPayment or Payout → ConceptThe movement rail—separate from the system that observes or reconciles it.
fin:reconciledViaLedgerEntry → SystemInstanceProvenance for observation through Plaid, Airwallex, statement import, or manual entry.
fin:hasAllocationLedgerEntry → AllocationN-ary allocation carrying target accounting scope and basis-point weight.
Client-board mechanics
cb:boardForClientBoard → EngagementBoard-to-engagement relationship.
cb:hasPillarClientBoard → PillarDefinitionOrdered outcome axis; a card has ≥1 and the first is primary.
cb:hasDimensionClientBoard → DimensionDefinitionNamed cross-cutting facet with allowed values.
cb:classifiedUnderOpportunity → ConceptAssigns the opportunity to a pillar concept.
cb:hasFacetAssignmentOpportunity → FacetAssignmentKeyed dimension/value assignment; maps to REP's dimensions_json.

Unresolved: subsidiary and brand predicates require verified corporate facts. The model must not turn uncertainty about fwm's legal status into a canonical example.

Shared systems catalog · sys:

Products are shared. Deployments are local.

This first pass comes from source and configuration across the fleet, excluding dependencies and generated output. A product is promoted to sys: when multiple independent repositories use it or when it is centrally operated.

PRODUCT

sys:ga4

A stable fleet catalog entry typed fw:SystemProduct. It contains no property ID, credentials, client, or account state.

DEPLOYMENT

A real fw:SystemInstance linked to sys:ga4 and eoe:website. Access and identifiers stay in the owning profile.

FUNCTION

sys:measurement

Never publish: credentials, tokens, property/container/account IDs, billing identifiers, private URLs, or access status in the shared product catalog. Those belong in secured operational stores, not vocabulary.

Finance extension · fin:

Accounts, owners, payment options, and shared language.

Derived from the live finance_mgmt schema, its migrations, adapters, and production-safe aggregates. The MariaDB database remains authoritative for operational records; this profile defines what those records mean.

ACCOUNT

Where value is held

A financial account has a holder, provider, kind, currency, and lifecycle. Ledger projection and account directory are distinct views.

OWNER

Who holds or controls it

Registered holder, operator, payer, beneficiary, employer, and approver are separate roles. Attribution never changes ownership.

FLOW

How money moves

Payment, payout, transfer, installment, rail, observation source, reconciliation, and settlement each get one meaning.

GLOSSARY

Interpretation rule: presence in an enum means the value is structurally accepted—not that the capability is active. For example, wise is accepted as a payout method and rail while no live Wise adapter currently exists.

Account model

Two registries, one conceptual account.

The production schema intentionally has a ledger-facing accounts table and a broader bank_accounts directory. A resolver can map records from both to the same protected account instance.

Canonical termCurrent sourceMeaning
fin:LedgerAccountaccountsThe account dimension used by ledger entries, invoices, reconciliation, reporting scopes, and money-movement views.
fin:HoldingAccountbank_accountsThe wider “where value is parked” directory across organizational and personal holders, including bank, brokerage, crypto, card, wallet, payment-app, and loan records.
fin:AccountHolderRoleaccount_holders + holder_identitiesConnects an Agent to an account under a registered identity. Jurisdictional identity is not a separate person.
fin:AccountingScopeentitiesA billing/reporting workspace. It can describe an organization or a person's finance scope, so the table name must not be interpreted as proof that every row is a legal entity.
fin:Allocationledger_entity_splitsAssigns an entry to one or more scopes in basis points. Allocation answers “who bears this?”—not “who owns the funding account?”
fin:BalanceSnapshotbank_accounts.balance_cents + balance_dateA reported balance at a date. It is not reconstructed by blindly summing a multi-currency ledger.

Protected account adapter: production currently contains organizational and personal account records beyond the two safe aliases above. Full labels, personal institutions, suffixes, account/routing numbers, balances, addresses, login identifiers, crypto addresses, staff payout destinations, and provider references stay behind finance.tfw.bz and are never rendered into this static site.

Payment options

Rail, method, and observation are different axes.

The current database enums combine some of these ideas. The canonical vocabulary separates them so future integrations remain comparable.

Controlled glossary

One term for each financial idea.

These definitions describe the system's records and workflows. They are not accounting, tax, employment, or legal advice.

TermDefinitionBoundary
Accounts, ledger, and attribution
fin:financial-accountA named place where money or another financial asset is held, owed, or transacted.Provider, currency, and account kind are separate properties.
fin:account-holderThe Agent under whose registered identity the account is held.Do not infer beneficial ownership or operating control.
fin:ledgerThe ordered accounting record of signed money movements. It records movements; it is not the account itself.
fin:ledger-entryOne dated, signed movement in one currency against a ledger account.Positive is inflow; negative is outflow in finance-mgmt.
fin:allocationA weighted assignment of an entry or subscription to an accounting scope.Allocation can be split; ownership cannot be changed by allocation.
fin:expense-bucketA controlled reporting category applied to a cost entry.Separate from company/personal/mixed attribution.
fin:reconciliationMatching an observed money movement to the invoice, payout, cost, or transfer it settles.Observation can be automatic while the final match remains manual.
Billing and money movement
fin:invoiceA document requesting payment from a client for an issuing accounting scope. One global sequence; entity code is a suffix in finance-mgmt.
fin:installmentOne scheduled part of a single invoice.Not a cross-entity revenue split.
fin:incoming-paymentMoney received and optionally matched to an invoice or installment. The payment record and its ledger entry are related but distinct.
fin:payoutAn execution attempt that sends money to a beneficiary through a rail.Retries are separate attempts and must be idempotent.
fin:transferA movement between accounts that does not itself establish revenue or expense.Intercompany treatment requires explicit journals, not inference.
fin:settlementThe state in which a provider confirms the movement has completed.“Sent” or dispatched is not necessarily settled.
fin:subscriptionA recurring or usage-based commitment to a product or service.Credentials remain in OpenBao/Vaultwarden; finance stores pointers only.
Payroll and people payments
fin:payrollThe controlled process that turns approved staff work or recurring pay into payslips, payouts, and ledger entries. The term does not decide employee versus contractor classification.
fin:pay-runAn approval-gated batch of payslips for a period and optional paying scope.Draft, collecting, approved, paying, closed, or void.
fin:payslipThe per-person pay record and rendered payment document within a pay run.For contractors the rendered document may function as their invoice to the company.
fin:gross-payPay before recorded deductions.Amounts remain in their stated currency.
fin:deductionAn explicit reduction from gross to net, including a staff-borne provider fee when configured.Does not imply tax withholding.
fin:net-payThe amount intended to land with the payee after recorded deductions. The funding account debit may differ because of FX or payer-side fees.
fin:payout-methodA person's selected destination method, such as bank, PayPal, Airwallex, Wise, or crypto wallet.Sensitive destination details live in OpenBao.
fin:viable-methodA payout method with enough validated information to attempt a send.Viable does not mean a payout was sent or settled.
fin:employer-of-recordThe organization recorded as paying/employing scope for a staff relationship.Assert only from an approved operational source; not inferred from cost allocation.

Tax boundary: tax treatment, withholding, contractor classification, beneficial ownership, and legal-entity status remain evidence-gated. Current placeholder fields and planning notes are not promoted into canonical facts without accountant or documentary confirmation.

Authority: finance_mgmt MariaDB owns accounts, ledger entries, invoices, subscriptions, payroll, payouts, and audit state. The taxonomy adapter exports stable IDs, safe labels, types, and relations; it must omit financial values and protected identifiers.

Technology Business Management · reference mapping

Trace technology spend to the service and its consumer.

The TBM Council Taxonomy 5.0.1 supplies a common cost vocabulary. This is a Flywheel crosswalk to that framework, not a copy of its full taxonomy or a claim that allocations are live.

TBM layerQuestionFlywheel mapping
Cost poolsWhat was bought?finance_mgmt.ledger_entries is the actual-spend source; subscriptions describe commitments. Expense buckets need a reviewed crosswalk to TBM pools such as staffing, software and cloud services.
Resource towersWhat technology capacity did it fund?Map a cost to compute, storage, applications, security or another tower only when the expense and use support that classification. Shared bills can be split.
SolutionsWhich service or product uses that capacity?fw:SystemInstance identifies a deployment; fw:SystemProduct identifies its reusable product. A proposed service-costing model links cost portions to those records.
ConsumersWho uses or benefits from the solution? We The Flywheel (WTF), Flywheel Motion (FWM), Thomas Prommer (TPR), a named client engagement, and personal use are separate consumer views. A payer or account holder is not automatically the consumer.

Boundaries: the ledger's entity split records financial attribution, while a TBM service split would explain operational use. Keep both and reconcile them; do not infer legal ownership, tax treatment, intercompany charges or client profitability from a service allocation. Record unassigned amounts rather than inventing percentages.

TBM Council sources: TBM Model and Allocation Methods. The fin and sys machine profiles remain reference-only; this mapping does not add transaction data or a new machine contract.

sbc · Solo Billionaire Club

extends: wtf-core · reuses fin:, sys:

Proposed
  • Narrows Person, Organization, Entity, DigitalAsset, WorkItem into 5 classes.
  • 19 private concept schemes, 166 concepts; claim grades ordered weakest to strongest.
  • Founders, claims and evidence records stay in the product store.

extends: wtf-core

Abstract
  • Adds Board, Opportunity, PillarDefinition, DimensionDefinition, FacetAssignment.
  • Requires ≥1 pillar, a primary first pillar, and declared dimension values.
  • Requires version checks, previews, audits, and safe merges.

  • Runtime has the right mechanism but no published parent declaration yet.
  • The live database remains the operational authority.

Andi Cross · Orbit 1

A person profile with explicit concept boundaries.

The profile separates Andi, her website, her public positioning, her writing themes, and her relationship to Edges of Earth.

INSTANCE DATA

Person + property

ac:andi rdf:type fw:Person. ac:website is the andicross.com DigitalProperty about that person.

ROLE CONCEPTS

Public positioning

Expeditionist and Accelerant Strategist are concepts in an ac-owned role scheme—not subclasses of Person.

CROSS-PROFILE EDGE

Edges of Earth

ac:andi fw:coFounderOf eoe:organization. This links two instances; it does not make either scheme inherit from the other.

Five live writing themes

  • Women in Exploration
  • The Future of Exploration
  • Living on the Edge
  • Life Design with Nature
  • Building Businesses & Becoming Discoverable Online

Extension semantics

  • ac:public-role and ac:writing-theme are separate skos:ConceptScheme records.
  • Published articles are fw:ContentAsset instances related to author and publisher instances.
  • Consulting, speaking, writing, and media pages are DigitalProperty instances, not taxonomy branches.
  • External profiles reuse schema:sameAs.

Boundary: ac extends wtf-core directly. The co-founder link to eoe is factual data between instances, while the two vocabularies remain siblings.

Edges of Earth · Orbit 1

A real content vocabulary, not merely a domain.

The live Astro repository contains distinct concept, place, entity, and content layers. The profile preserves those distinctions.

CONTROLLED CONCEPTS

Story Type + Impact Area

Observed story types are Field Log, Case Study, and Press. Six Key Impact Areas form a separate subject scheme.

PLACE DATA

Geographic hierarchy

8 continents, 41 countries, 93 regions, and 83 locations are place records connected by containment—not subclasses or child schemes.

ENTITY + CONTENT DATA

People, partners, stories

389 stories reference 7 team members, 212 partners, authors, photographers, publishers, places, and impact areas.

Six live impact concepts

  • Natural Resource Management
  • Pollution & Waste Management
  • Natural Environment & Habitat Protection
  • Coastal Tourism & Community Development
  • Climate Resilience
  • Nature-Based Solutions & Innovation Tech

Extension semantics

  • eoe:Expedition rdfs:subClassOf fw:Engagement
  • eoe:Story rdfs:subClassOf fw:ContentAsset
  • Story Type and Impact Area values are skos:Concept records in eoe-owned schemes.
  • Geography reuses schema:Place and schema:containedInPlace.

Boundary: Edges of Earth's collaboration with Flywheel Motion and use of shared content infrastructure do not establish ownership. This profile extends the vocabulary contract directly and makes no legal parent/subsidiary claim.

Solo Billionaire Club · Orbit 1

Revenue Claim
sbc:RevenueClaim
An asserted figure (MRR, ARR, profit, etc.) about an sbc:Business at a point in time, carrying its own verification evidence. Mirrors how fin:FinancialAccount subclasses fw:Entity directly rather than WorkItem or ContentAsset, because a claim is a factual assertion record, not a task or piece of editorial content.Narrow · rdfs:subClassOf fw:Entity.
Verification Evidence
sbc:VerificationEvidence
An artifact or access grant (API key, dashboard link, screenshot, attestation) that supports an sbc:RevenueClaim at a stated strength level.Narrow · rdfs:subClassOf fw:DigitalAsset.
Race Entry
sbc:RaceEntry
A founder or business's tracked placement in an SBC leaderboard/race, moving through a lifecycle the way an opportunity moves through a client board. Concept schemes

Private values, IAB-matched industries.

Industries narrow an IAB Content Taxonomy 3.0 tier-1 category where one matches one to one; every other value is private. Offer forms and growth engines roll up business models and channels. Claim grades run weakest to strongest. Search Console access corroborates traffic and sits outside the grade ladder.

How the business charges money for what it sells. Claim verification level · sbc:claim-verification · weakest to strongest
The grade of a revenue claim: how strongly its figure is substantiated. Ordered weakest to strongest; the leaderboard band narrows as the grade rises. Search Console access is not a grade (see sbc:supporting-evidence).
1 · Self-reported text
sbc:claim-verification-self-reported-text
The founder states the figure in words, with no corroborating artifact.Private. Product values: self-reported-text, unverified.
2 · Self-reported screenshot

4 · Public dashboard
sbc:claim-verification-public-dashboard

5 · Payment-processor verified
sbc:claim-verification-payment-processor
The figure is read at source from Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, through a restricted read-only key granted to the verifier or a TrustMRR connection.Private. Product values: trustmrr, stripe-readonly. TrustMRR is a Stripe-connected read verification, so it shares this grade rather than forming its own.
6 · Open banking
sbc:claim-verification-open-banking
Monthly inflows are read from a read-only open-banking account-information consent with any provider, or from a redacted bank statement.Private. Product values: open-banking. Broader than fin:plaid-sync (Plaid only), so it is private rather than a narrowing.
7 · Accountant attestation
sbc:claim-verification-accountant-attestation
A named, credentialed accountant signs a letter stating revenue for a named period.Private. Product values: accountant-attestation, accountant-letter. Private, not a narrowing of fin:manual-entry, which describes internal operator entries in finance-mgmt.
Supporting evidence · sbc:supporting-evidence
Evidence that raises confidence in a revenue claim's plausibility but never grades a revenue figure by itself.
Search Console read access
sbc:supporting-evidence-gsc-readonly
Read-only Google Search Console access to the business's domain, granted to a verifier. Evidences traffic, not revenue.Private. Product values: gsc-readonly. Concepts cannot skos:broadMatch a fw:SystemProduct, so the link to sys:gsc is made at the instance layer: the sbc:VerificationEvidence record uses fw:usesSystem.
Registry match
sbc:supporting-evidence-registry-match
The business and founder match a public company registry record (name, officers, status). Evidences who owns the business, not its revenue.Private. Product values: registry-match.

Production evidence

REP proves more than the draft said.

Read from the production taxonomy surface on 31 Aug 2026—evidence, not a hand-maintained replacement.

Authority: growth-engine's database/API owns live REP vocabulary; the dashboard proxies it. retaxonomy_rep_board.py is seed-only and, at version 40, refuses a normal write unless explicitly forced.

Namespace correction: the 34-value REP Systems dimension is operational client data, not the shared fleet catalog. Shared products resolve to sys:; REP-only products, deployments, access state, and detected scripts resolve to rep:.

Implementation contract

Store lineage; generate snapshots.

Static profiles can keep terms in a manifest. Dynamic profiles expose an adapter from their authoritative store.

Validator fails on

  • unknown parent or cyclic ancestry;
  • ancestor redefinition;
  • wrong class/concept narrowing relation;
  • duplicate IDs or unresolved targets;
  • runtime assignments outside declared values.

Resolver emits

  • effective vocabulary with provenance;
  • parent chain and inheritance distance;
  • CI conformance report;
  • generated read-only REP snapshot;
  • deprecation and replacement notices.
  1. Approve v1 semantics. One parent, three modes, typed relations, no overrides.
  2. Name the core owner and namespace.Do this before identifiers become load-bearing.
  3. Publish the systems manifest.Start with the repository-backed sys: terms above and require source provenance for promotion.
  4. Implement the finance adapter.Resolve the two account registries into protected canonical instances; export only safe aliases, types, and relations.
  5. Implement core + client-boards.Establish the validator without duplicating dynamic data.
  6. Add read-only REP, ac, and eoe adapters.Export local instances and vocabularies; keep operational edits in their authoritative systems.
  7. Add fwm and tpr only for real terms.Instances and infrastructure do not justify vocabulary by themselves.

Open: who approves wtf-core, which stable namespace mints IDs, and whether fwm's legal/brand relation has documentary support.

Evidence + standards

Grounded in semantics and production.

Standards set the boundaries; executable source and configuration establish systems and profile facts. Dependencies, generated output, and prose-only mentions were excluded from promotion decisions.
